I went swimming and i put the watch next to the pool but it fell into the pool, the screen popped out and when i let it dry it still doesnt turn on what can i do to fix it or is it gone forever?

Depending on how it "opened up". If the screen separated completely with the watch I suggest you replace the watch completely. But even so if it slightly opened and water entered the system repairing would be of no use

It opened up but still attached with little droplets of water which i managed 2 remove
Try charging it (make sure it is dry) if it turns on you are good to go(if the screen can easily stay there with no movement). If it is still not sticking back , I suggest opening it up, gently apply heat to the screen to make the adhesive sticky and try putting it back. If it doesn't work I suggest you get some of that adhesive (when I get the name I will inform you) and try putting it on.
