Hi, I replaced the battery in my daughters MacBook with the kit purchased from iFixit, it was working fine until recently, it now will not charge and in system report it is showing battery cycles 0 and needing attention, any assistance with this will be appreciated.

When did you replace the battery? And if you can let’s get a snapshot of CoconutBattery main window so we can see all of the batteries data with the charger plugged in posted here so we can see things too.
@chrismurley - Ouch! This battery is no good. The NaN errors is due to a bad Microcontroller chip within the battery.
Due to COVID chip availability was tight as some battery makers tried salvaging chips from dead batteries. The QC to check these reused chips was let’s say… not well done.
You need a new battery, you might try getting a replacement from where you bought it if they offer a warranty.

I know the warranty on iFixit batteries is one year, but despite that it would be worth your time to talk to the iFixit Store personnel about your situation; I agree with Dan that it looks like the BMS (Battery Management System) on your replacement battery looks pretty dead, so there may be something they can do. Best way is to email them at support@ifixit.com.
