echo dot sound quality

@gisela29913 what is your definition of that? What does it sound like now compared to what it used to sound like? What have you checked and what have you tried?

Thanks for asking. Suddenly, on absolutely normal use ( Not too loud, normally I use to listen the news on the radio), hiss, distortion and noise from speaker vibration at low bass frequencies. - blown speaker.

I already tryied to reset it. It is the 2nd device that happened the same issue. Amazon does not fix it, just give a discount to buy a new one.

That's why I`m asking here. Is something on hardware, and I`ll not buy a 3rd one to have the same issue again, not fair.

@gisela29913 totally agree. It could be a speaker issue or an amplifier issue. How is your Echo connected and what is your household voltage (110V / 220V)? Do you have a stable power gid in your area or a lot of power fluctuations? Sometimes voltage variations can cause this as well. Let's see if we can figure this out.

@oldturkey03 The household voltage is 127V and 60Hz, and yes, I was wondering if could be a voltage variation, caused by a storm or power failure. But I did not have any issue with other aplliance on the kitchen our even in the house. :-)
