Sound and vibration problem

After I got my battery changed the next day suddenly I couldn’t get any sound from my phone and vibration nothing but if I connect it to a Bluetooth device it works I can’t play anything relating to sound or vibration on my phone my calls I can’t hear what the other person is saying but he can hear me I can’t play music or watch videos it just freezes please what can I do
