Why my HP notebook screen in so dim, I need a flash light to see?
Whenever I open my laptop my screen is soo dim, I can't see anything without flashlight.

That usually means the backlight of the display has issues which may require a screen replacement to fix

@amarjeetyadav definitely a bad backlight. this could be caused by failed backlights in your display, which could require you to change the screen. It is also possible that this is caused by a bad backlight IC or even a failed backlight fuse on the motherboard. We will definitely need to know your exact model number. That way we can hopefully point out what and where to test. You will nee to have a few hand tools like a screwdriver set and a multi-meter to make a proper diagnosis without guessing and having to spend extra money.
