Hi Nihit,
As far as replacing your power button, it's going to depend on which part of the button is having problems; there is the mechanical button itself that's mounted on the midframe attached to the screen, or there's the electromechanical switch that's plugged into the motherboard. The fix for those two items is completely different, so it's going to depend on where the problem is located as to how you fix it.
If it's the electrical part, then you can replace that part by itself. There's a Spanish site called Nadie Me Llama Gallina that has a guide to replacing that little circuit board to get your buttons working again.

You can buy the flex assembly by itself from several sites on the Internet; here's one that sells both the flex cable and the buttons themselves (but only in gold).
If it's just the mechanical button that's the issue, you can buy one on the site just mentioned, or you can get either the black or gold ones at this seller.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate any instructions for replacing just those buttons, but I'm guessing they should come out after you remove the flex board as shown in the Nadie Me Llama Gallina guide. You can also buy the entire midframe that holds the buttons, but that's going to be a lot of work so hopefully you wouldn't need to. Here's a seller who carries that part.
The screen replacement guide from Nadie Me Llama Gallina could also be used to replace the midframe; once you've gotten all the way through the guide you would just replace the midframe instead of the LCD when you're putting it back together.

As a last resort you could always just use the iFixit guide and replace the entire screen + frame assembly, which should include the buttons.
