Camera can't open
Why can't the camera open. It keeps saying that it's being used by another app

@williamkean start your phone in safe mode and see if that still happens. If it does not then the issue is one of your downloaded apps is "using" you camera. You will have to delete those apps one at a time until you know which one is blocking it. Check this Samsung Site which will show you how to enter Safe Mode
Of course, you could also try to check the Camera Status to see if all the modules of your phone’s camera are working as well as the Firmware Version by dialing *#34971539#
