Why can I not update my software

I successfully deleted and disabled every app to clear my phone storage. It downloaded the updates for about 2 minutes, it was time to install and i chose to install now. The phone switched off and wrote installing system update after what seemed like minutes it wrote error on the screen, and it switched on. It also wrote 'failed to update firmware .Vist a Samsung service centre that. " It wrote "Send report." but i want to get over and done with this this minute .I tried to update this software more than twice.
