Can not boot Showing Blue Screen Recovery

Power up and hold the option key , do you see choices of boot device?

IF you see more than one then one of them will be your MacOS, boot into that and do a backup or at least copy all your files to an external drive for safety. If you can boot into your previous Mac installation then install Mist and download a copy of MONTEREY which is the last supported OS for this Mac model and create a bootable USB from this (Mist can do this for you, it's a great app).

If I am not mistaken this blue window indicates that there was at some time a windows installation on the unit as I have had this occur after an unsuccessful windows installation or if windows had been incorrectly deleted from the main drive leaving some bootcamp files or partition as the Error code: 0x0000225 is defiantly Windows related. The best way I can suggest providing you couldn't boot into Mac to make a bootable USB as previously mentioned above would be to Create a bootable installer for macOS (Monterey). You'll need access to another mac to do so, once done, go back to the MB Air insert the bootable USB, power up and hold the option key to get into recovery mode. Once in recovery mode, go to disc utility, select the internal SSD from the list on the left side, at the top on view options check show all devices, then select the top volume (Select APFS and GUID Partition Map from the option window) and then hit erase. Take note to check that there is only one partition on the drive, this is very important as this will delete all boot files and partitions which are causing this issue! One way to double check closely would be to hit partition in the menu and see if it displays more than one partition, if indeed it does then you have to minus them all off until only one partition is displayed. Once erased exit disc utility and proceed to install MacOS. Hopefully that resolves it and you'll be good to go. This would be my quickest solution as trying to delete these boot camp partitions can be a little tricky and frustrating let alone time consuming as the blue screen can still pop up upon booting. A total fresh wipe and install will cure this permanently. Hope that helps!
