It’s highly probable that your battery fuse has blown, this issue affects a lot of android phone batteries.

The best way to check if this applies to your device is to follow the list of YouTube videos to see how to bridge a blown fuse, or try another battery.

If you’re fuse is blown the repair is not difficult but you will need tools and equipment as well as being really careful removing the battery because you can damage the flex cable underneath the battery.
