How to fix the front glass?

Unfortunately the front glass is bonded to the OLED display and digitizer and requires somewhat specialized tools that professionals use to do a glass replacement. Those tools include a vacuum table with wire guides, a vacuum chamber to remove air bubbles, and a UV chamber to cure the OCA glue. Since very few of us have that equipment lying around our garages, we can't do a professional job on that kind of repair.

That being said, there is a company making DIY kits for just that purpose. I tried one myself but wasn't successful in separating the old glass; I put a crack in the OLED due to not getting the tool between the two parts correctly. Although I ended up replacing the entire screen, it did seem like the kit might have worked out had I been able to get them split correctly. It's hard to say whether it would have looked like a professional job or not, but I suspect it might have some defects such as air bubbles or dust. The phone I was working on had very expensive screens so I felt it was worth the $30 USD cost of the kit to give it a try. I'm not sure that's worth your time given that you can purchase full screens for your phone cheaper than the cost of their kits. If you want to take a look here's the URL.

It doesn't appear they have a kit specifically for your phone, but they have a universal kit where you provide your own front glass that would work in your case as long as you can find the glass.

Anyway, as I mentioned I don't think it would be worth your time as it's a difficult repair and then you still have to do the same work as a full screen replacement so for the same or less money you can just get a brand new screen. Here's one from AliExpress for that price.

I did a very cursory search so it's entirely possible to find them even cheaper if you look. You should be aware that there are two ways of doing a screen replacement on your phone; with and without the frame. The link I sent is for the screen + frame assembly where the display is already mounted on the screen frame so you basically gut your existing phone and move all the internals to the new assembly. This is the recommended method and the one shown in this guide.

The other way to do it is to separate the screen from the frame and just replace the screen. The cost will be a couple of dollars cheaper but you'll make that up by having to buy a tube of glue to resecure the screen. Note that the replacement requires a completely different set of instructions; you could probably search them up on YouTube if you're interested.
