Although I would suggest that something like a Mazda forum might be a better place to find the kind of answers you are looking for, there are a lot of very smart people on this site who may be able to help.
However, we would need a lot more information before we could do anything to assist you. First of all, we need the year of your 626, as there can be significant variations between years. And possibly more importantly, is this a manual transmission or an automatic? Without knowing at least that much there's nothing we can do.
Finally, we have to have a better description of what you're trying to do. Has the transmission been removed from the car and you need to know how to put it back in? Or is it more along the lines of the transmission has been disassembled and needs to be restored? Right now we don't even know where to start to try and help, so please, the more information you can give, the better the help you will receive.
