How to factory reset your visual and prestige elite 10 HQ I follow the directions, but whenever I hit the volume up five times it doesn’t do anything it just says no command

go to setting, click system, then factory restart. if you have a password on the tablet, it'll ask you to enter it. otherwise, you can access the boot loader by first powering the tablet. once you do that hold down both volume buttons at the same time. you need to have them held down while you press the power button down for 3 seconds. after that it'll boot to a black and yellow screen that'll have instructions on what to do next.
