Help about formatter board printer

Hello, I have a Brother 6400 printer. During the firmware update, the power went out, and now the device will not turn on completely. When I try to install the new firmware, I get an error saying that the serial number does not match.

I would appreciate any solutions or advice on this issue. By the way, I am a printer technician myself
