charging error when screen black

Hello, nice to meet you. I'm having an iPad problem right now. My iPad connects the cable and when the screen comes on, the iPad shows lightning and charges to 1.4A, but when the screen goes off over time, the current drops to 0.12A, so it won't charge. I think I have a problem with my mainboard, has anyone fixed this issue?
