Hi @andy84981

Just verifying that the TV model is as selected by you in your question?

Have you checked that the wall power outlet (or the powerstrip) that the TV is connected to is working OK e.g. disconnect the TV and plug in a hair dryer to prove it works.

Was there a power outage or storm just prior to the problem with the TV happening?

If there is power available, do you have a DMM (digital multimeter) and know how to use it safely when testing with exposed AC voltage close by?

The reason for asking is that you will have to first check if the T5A 240V AC input fuse on the power board is OK or not. Initially this can be done with the power disconnected from the TV and by using a DMM's Ohmmeter function to check the fuse for continuity to see if it is OK or if it has blown.

Below is an image of the power board for the model you selected, showing the location of the fuse.

Note: If the fuse is blown ensure that you get a T5A 240V fuse as a replacement and not a 5A 240V fuse. The T rating is important as it signifies that the fuse is a timed (aka slow blow) fuse and not a standard fast acting fuse. If you insert a standard fuse, even if it has the same current/voltage rating it will blow immediately that the power is connected, whereas a T rated fuse won't.

If the fuse is OK then you will have to start testing the voltages on the power board that feed the mainboard.

Be safety aware as exposed lethal AC power is also on the board that you will be testing

Check if there's 5V DC on the STBY lead going to the mainboard.
