@amanking28 sounds like an issues with the software not loading. Try a forced restart by simultaneously pressing and holding the volume down and power buttons for more than seven seconds. See if that get's your phone working again.
Otherwise you may have to try a factory reset but you will lose your contacts, pictures, music etc. that has not been backed up.
