Screen white and light flashing

Hi, I tried to upload a file with Calibre and the Libra 2 stopped working. I tried to reset it, but screen became white and flash began lightening. Now I can turn it on and off, but basically nothing happens, but screen is white and light is flashing. When plugged, PC recognized something but is not able to identify the device. Any idea? Thanks.

Same here. Restart doesnt work, hard reboot / reset either. it just keeps white screen and flashing led

I've got the same issue, other than that when plugging the reader into my pc, it doesn't even recognize it as a thing. I've got the SD card out of the thing, and the card itself is being recognized, but there are a couple of partitions that Windows isn't recognizing, potentially those are corrupted? Anybody have a good image for the OS?
