Does the door open from the outside but not the inside? Have you checked the child safety lock?

If you want a good answer, you need to do a little troubleshooting and post your findings - like how did you try to open it?
what lock doesn't work?
So, here is a few guesses
a mechanical part has broken or become disconnected inside the door.
an electrical part has become defective inside the door (if power locks).
