Laptop doesn't turn on
I triet to boot my laptop, but only caps lock and power button LEDs glow (and the fan spins from time to time). I've tried unplugging BIOS battery, but that didn't help

Just verifying that you disconnected the main battery from the motherboard, removed the coin cell battery from the motherboard and then pressed and held the laptop's power button operated for a full 30 seconds before releasing the button? Then reinserted the coin cell battery, reconnected the main battery, connected the charger and it still didn't turn on, is this correct?
Does the laptop indicate that the battery is charging when the charger is connected to it?
