Pictures fail to download
After taking a picture, I get an error message that says, failed to download try again.

Your question is not much informative to answer to. Here's a list of hints:
- Did you verify the uSD card (in a cardreader on your laptop e.g.) to be not 0 bytes files in size?
- Do you see videos and do they download but photos do not?
- Or accidentally used a power-cable in stead of data cable?
- Or did not switch on the drone before connecting the usb cable?

Did you review your owner's manual? Emailed, chatted, talked to DJI tech support?

I have reviewed the owners manual, no help. I did not know you can calll DJI support. Thanks for that, I will try calling next week.
