Sim tray inserted wrong way
I have inserted my a sim tray from different iphone and inserted it in this one, that too the opposite way/the other way around. Now the tray is half way stuck and it’s not coming out.

If it's jammed, then pulling it out will either break the tray, leaving half still stuck inside, or damage the sim, or warp the sim reader
Solution: get a spare sim reader part, and then pull out the old one, with pliers if you need to. If it breaks or scratches, you get the spare reader

Sounds like you have damaged the sim reader by trying to pull it out. The tray has probably caught up in the sim contacts inside the reader effectively trapping it. Try this.
Cut a fine piece of plastic just slightly narrower than the sim card. Slide it gently into the sim slot above the tray that is stuck inside. If the plastic jams you may have to push the tray slightly so it moves away from the contacts. If the plastic goes all the way in try pulling out the tray.
