Between the language barrier and the terseness of your question, there doesn't appear to be much we can do to help.
What we need is a better description of the problem; for example, if the phone won't turn on, please say that specifically. Does it vibrate when you plug it into a charger? Is it recognized by a computer? When did the problem start? Have there been any damage, liquid exposure or system updates recently?
The more information you give us, the better chance we can help. The four words we have isn't enough to go on.
