@aphiwelivi exactly what does this "How to do engine overall" mean? what are you trying to accomplish? I would suggest that you start off by letting us know the exact Year and engine size for your A4. then tell us what it is that you are trying to do and why you are wanting to do that.
I'm guessing you mean an "engine overhaul". In that case I'm afraid that's far too involved a subject to be solved in an iFixit question. I suggest you buy a repair manual where the subject will be covered in depth; Bentley manuals come highly recommended.
