camera error.Turn power off then on.

When I want to take a picture my camera says Camera Error.Turn power off then on.

I check the tutorials on YouTube where they say I should turn off take the lens out and turn the camera upside down and hit it like once or twice but that didn’t work.I never had a problem with my camera it’s the first time now
