Samsung LH55EDDPLGC ghosting issue

Hello, I'm having a problem with my TV, specifically ghosting. I ordered a new T-CON, replaced it, and that didn't help. I still have the same problem. So I doubt it's the T-CON or motherboard issue. Is there any way to fix it? Will taping some pins fix the problem? I fixed the horizontal lines using tape, but when I tape the 4 pins, the ghosting disappears, but black horizontal lines appear across half the screen.
