I can not find the flasher relay module?!

I found a bad right turn signal relay in the under hood fuse box ! I just ordered a new relay for the right turn signal side. Now I can not find the flasher relay module?! My 2013 Ford F150 is thought to have a flasher module under the dash board close to the steering column!? I cannot find it! The Google video was for a 2005 F150 so I guess that if my 2013 F150 has a flasher relay module I need to know if or where it is located? Do I need to also remove the panel under the steering column to find the flasher relay module??? PLEASE HELP me to locate flasher relay module or the turn signal module! Not sure where to look?

@jayarenson your Ford does not have a relay. The turn signals are activated by the BCM (Body control Module) Even the clicking, relay like noise, is fake and generated by the IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster). I believe the relay you found is for trailer operations
