How to fix Back/Front Focusing mechanically?

My Camera (D5200) has back focusing when using the viewfinder, when focusing with liveview is ok, even when I use f/8 it doesn't focus the correct object, is there any way of fixing this using traditional metods? (Any tool to use) I have heard of a hex key behind the mirror but it is for the mirror itself as I understood, not the real problem.
