Both usb ports dont work

Hey, so i have a problem with usb, ( both micro usb and normal usb ), i described everything here - https://www.reddit.com/r/tablets/comment...

I have a very similar tablet to this, the only difference is that the battery is 2 cells instead of 1, the voltages are the same
