My camera keeps saying shutter issue randomly and tells me to turn the camera off and on again, sometimes this doesnt even work and I have to remover the battery then it works again until the issue happens all over. Any suggestions?

There is a mechanical shutter in this camera that can get gummed up. Time to take it to a Sony authorized service center so the shutter can be replaced.

Its not the shutter, its something to do with the Steadyshot I believe
@isaiahpimentel - Steadyshot is located within the lens which alters the lens position to offset the small movements within the image. Unless you are getting an error it won't stop the camera from capturing an image.
Try using a tripod so the camera is unable to move does the camera still fail to take a picture?
