right ear speaker is dead

I have loved the xm6, with the exception of a few gripes. However, now mine are broken. I get no sound out of the right ear speaker. The ANC mics on the right cup may be working -- but only producing results on the left. Anyone have similar issue, or ideas how to fix, or how to approach Sony for warranty repair?
