The Toyota Vitz is a subcompact hatchback originally launched in 1999 as a successor to the Toyota Starlet. It is being internationally sold as the Toyota Yaris or Echo. There are currently 4 generations of the Toyota Vitz.

@nicholasamihere what exact year and engine size is this? What kind of rebuild? I also assume the engine is installed in the vehicle and not on a test bench anywhere. Have you checked your water pump, radiator, cooling fan and thermostat already? What else have you checked?
