Why it cannot charge properly?
Why it won't charge properly? It keeps connect and disconnecting many time.

the charger cant supply enough current or the headphone it drawing more current than it is suppose to.
Sub a good charger or try ur chgr on a diff headset. - it could also be the cable.
If it is the headset, it will have to come apart and determine if it is a replaceable part that will fix it.

If yours is covered under a 2yr warranty, Logitech should honor repairs free of charge. This presumes the charging adapter, connector and headphone connector aren't damaged. Outside of warranty; try using the Guide tab to disassemble yours if the battery is worn out.

I think I have a similar issue. I didn't get the warranty because I assumed out of the box it would work fine. Not only does it have charging issues, but it also has issues working properly when plugged in. I have tested the USB cable, tried different USB cables, and different computers, and I am 90% sure it is the headset itself that is the issue. I have disassembled it, but I don't see any visible issue, and continuity seems good for the USB-C port. At a loss here; if you have a suggestion besides sending it back, I am all ears

@qwaddles if it is new, it should have a logitech warranty. If it is used or refurb, then you will have to find service info - maybe on youtube and troubleshoot/fix it or ask Logitech for service center repair.
