My screen has ink on the left top corner and after some time it has affected my whole screen as now there is green lines at the top of the screen which males my screen flicker and now it doesn't show colours nicely

Seeing as how this is iFixit, the answer to "Can I fix a broken screen" is an unqualified Yes, you can! Although iFixit doesn't have a guide to that repair for you, Lenovo deserves kudos for making their hardware maintenance manuals available to the general public. Here's the link to yours.
The LCD replacement guide starts on page 51 of the manual (page 59 in your PDF reader).
