Why is my laser stop working?..

Hello folks! I just wanted to ask an question about Dyson V15 Detect laser head! One random day in 2024 the laser stopped working but the blue and yellow thing roll and suck things good as usual and the vacuum works. And i don't want to see 'put on the switch' bla bla cuz IT dont have the SWITCH AND IT ONLY have 'Fluffly Optic!🥰' and there is no hair in every roller if anyone is smarter like Albert please tell me what is wrong with it.😊
