My pc wireless game controller works without touching it

I have 2 of this cheap game controller

Manufacturer : "ShanWan"
Product : "USB WirelessGamepad "

Device ID : HID\VID_2563&PID_0575\7&17507071&2&0000
Hardware IDs : HID\VID_2563&PID_0575&REV_0200 HID\VID_2563&PID_0575

They were working fine until I transferred my windows from old SSD to new SSD.
When I enter every game I have series of button ( I think they are repeating ) is pressed every 5 to 20 seconds. for example circle back back down start circle even some keys pressed together( up+start+circle).
it is very amazing when I turned the controller off and just dongles attached.
I have tested it on android device and my smart tv and there is no more automatic buttons

Hi!

Did you had to install specific drivers for the controllers?

If so, I would remove it and completely reinstall them.

It sound more software/driver related then hardware as they do work fine on other devices and as both are having the same issue.

Remove the software and drivers completely and install the latest again is what I recommend.

Please let us know how that goes!

thanks. But that did not solve the problem, The main reason was the Epic Game Launcher . I accidentally closed the launcher before testing with tsco controller so if it is open even in system try it will make joysticks problematic!

I had this problem for 2 weeks and trying to solve the problem with AI but after hours there was no hope. but few minutes later when dongle was attached I run the game" streets of rage 4" and after that I accidentally turned on a tsco wireless controller that working with this dongle. The problem completely solved.
I do not sure what makes the problem and what solved it. anyway thank you.
