not working no light

Hi!

If the earbuds does not work/has no sound and there are no charging lights or activity lights that light up on the case (and earbuds if present), then it is likely due to dead batteries. Batteries age with time and usage and only has a finite life.

Therefore, you would need to replace the battery in the case and earbuds.

iFixit does not have any guides for this, but found a battery replacement guide for the earbuds that you can watch youtube. I didn't found a battery replacement for the case, but if you look around a little you'll probably have better luck finding such a guide.
