So my top speaker is not working when i call i did a housing swap and everything went good until intried calling could it be the

If the top speaker stopped working immediately after a housing swap, I’d first suspect the earpiece speaker connection, flex, or alignment. Recheck the connector and make sure the speaker contacts are making proper contact.
If everything looks good, test with the original housing/components if possible. If the phone also has other strange issues or reboots, an iPhone panic log analysis may help.
