How to reset to factory defaults

I have a previously owned 510 and would like to set the factory defaults. I know where in the menu but the selection is grayed out.

To perform a hard factory reset on an Olympus Evolt E-510, open the memory card door, turn the camera on, and press and hold the Menu and OK buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds
