My tablet is not charging

First, I’d try a different USB-C cable and wall charger. The cable is often the culprit. Check the charging port too, lint or dirt can keep the connector from making proper contact.

If the tablet has been completely dead, leave it plugged in for 30–60 minutes before trying to turn it on. Then hold the Power and Volume Down buttons together for around 10–15 seconds.

If it still shows no charging sign with a known-good charger, I’d suspect the charging port, battery, or charging circuit.
