Problem with my Lexicon Lambda Sound card

I have an hp laptop, and I use Lexicon Lambda to create studio-quality voice over at home, recently I'm facing a problem, when I connect the sound card to the laptop it works for 4 seconds then it disconnects!

I checked and found that the device is not working because of code 10, and tried every single method to fix it and nothing was fruitful. Any suggestions?
