While removing the back glass of the iphone 15, I forgot about the flex cable, moved the back glass up, and snapped the flex cable connecting the back glass and the phone.
Is my only option here to purchase a wireless charging assembly? Or can I get the flex cable alone?

I'd describe myself as slightly better than average electronics soldering skills, and this is something I would attempt; in fact, I've done a similar repair on an iPhone 11 Pro.

However, if cost is a factor, the full coil plus cable is only about $1 USD more than the cable alone. If it was me, the main consideration would be whether I wanted to go to the work of removing and replacing the charging coil; it looks like the new coil I linked to does contain the magnets.
