My computer reads no paper in printer

These are top feed and the Epsons are prone to dust at the top causing issues with this mech - always have. What you need to do is run inkjet cleaning sheets through the feeder, and what I have also done is used canned air to get rid of as much as I can to make it effective.

If the issue still occurs with a cleaning, there's an issue with the sensor or the gears. If you are using standard 20-24lb paper try cleaning it, then clean the sensor if you can access it.
