Background
The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 -15ITL05 is a notebook that was released in October 2021. Earlier models used Windows 10 Home, but later models came equipped with Windows 11. The computer weighs 3.66 pounds and measures at 14.07” x 9.18” x .69”. The screen size is 15.6”, with 1920 x 1080 resolution and full HD. The screen is a touchscreen that turns into a tablet when pushed to the bottom of the computer. The exterior comes in multiple colors: abyss blue, platinum grey, and graphite grey. It has 8 GB of DDR4 SDRAM soldered in. Some options bumped the RAM to 16 GB. Stock storage is 256 GB of solid state drive but can go up to a terabyte. The stock processor is the Intel Core i5. Some models had the Intel Core i3 or the i7.
The IdeaPad 5 can last up to 15 hours on a full charge. There are plenty of ports on the side that make this notebook versatile. Its keyboard is comfortable for users who may have ergonomic issues.
Identification
The Lenovo logo is on the bottom right side of the keyboard and the upper left side behind the display. There is a Dolby Audio identifier under the Ctrl key on the left side of the keyboard. Next to the mouse is information about Flex 5, like the privacy shutter, front facing speakers, and 360º capability of the hinges. There are also Intel Iris Xe and Intel processor decals to the lower right of the keyboard. The model and information of the computer is on a decal on the bottom of the computer.
