ZCWA BR151 Repair

The ZCWA BR151 is a self-navigating device that is capable of vacuuming and mopping up to 1920 square feet of hardwood floors and low pile carpet for as long as 100 minutes, when on a full charge. It possesses spot, automatic, edge, and zig-zag cleaning modes as well as anti-fall technology. The device can be controlled both manually, through the supplied remote control, or via Alexa, Google Assistant, and the Tuya App.

The ZCWA BR151 is available to purchase for everyone with access to Amazon at a price of over $400, and since its release in May 2023, at least 260 units have been sold on this platform. Buyers of the device have been most impressed with its vacuuming capabilities. However, two complaints that were most prevalent among reviews highlighted issues with the mopping features and the battery not being able to retain a charge. A new model of this device, the ZCWA BR151 BL, was released in November 2023. Its updates include a lighter weight and a run time of 120 minutes.

The ZCWA BR151 has a compact, circular, and light-weight body, with the vacuum and mopping features located on the bottom of the device, which is where you will also find the detachable towel and the wheels. The serial number is also on the bottom of the device, between the wheels. On the top of the device, you will find its power button and charging indicator. The front end of the device is also where you will find its infrared and anti-fall sensors. The top of the device is also home to its dustbin, which is concealed beneath a hinged lid; opening the lid of the device shows potential troubleshooting issues; a QR code to the device's website is beneath the dustbin. The water tank and instructions are on the back edge of the device, and if looking from top down, this is where you will also find the device’s barcode, which lists its name.
