This guide will go over removing the battery for the CAT S22 Flip.The battery stores and supplies power to the main components on the device.

A faulty battery could cause the phone to perform poorly, overheat, and shut down unexpectedly.

Unscrew the large screw on the back of the phone using a flathead screwdriver or coin.
The screw will always be completely unscrewed after 4 full counter-clockwise rotations.
The screw cannot be completely removed so that you can’t lose the screw.

There is a slot to insert a spudger at the bottom of the battery.
Use a spudger to lift the battery out of the phone.
Do not operate on a devise with a swollen battery. Do not dispose of a swollen battery into general waste systems. You can dispose of the batteries with a qualified technician or facility.
