Remove the single 3/16" screw with the Phillips #0 Screwdriver that secures the Optical Drive.

Gateway NV52 Optical Disc Drive Replacement: 2 단계, 이미지 1/1

Slightly wiggle the Optical Drive from the laptop using the Heavy Duty Spudger.

3 단계

Gateway NV52 Optical Disc Drive Replacement: 3 단계, 이미지 1/1

Using your hands, gently slide the Optical Drive out of the slot.
Set the Optical Drive in a safe designated area.
