Locate the PCI port, it is next to the CD drive on the right side of the laptop.

Use a spudger to open the button that disengages the card from the slot.

Once popped out, press the button and the inserted PCI should eject and be removed easily.
Our laptop contains a NetLINE PC Card that is a primitive Ethernet Network Adapter. This method works for all PCIs inserted to the PCI slot.
