Only two small hitches, which I got around just fine.

Be super careful, slow, and gentle removing the old batter adhesive.

The replacement screws to free you from the funky screws that keep the iPhone closed didn’t fit right. I was eventually able to get them out and put in the original screws. I’d advise not using the replacement screws.
