I brought some tiny round magnets, which when glued into the place of the faulty clips should do the trick (from Hong Kong) when it happened for the second time with new door! I am working on it now to see how I can glue them into place to keep it shut. Very bad design. Suspect it was designed to fail. Great little camera otherwise. Absolutely correct. The most common iossue is software..Samsung and others avoid answering this so you need to go to support and pay for it. when it is their fault in the first place.
Answers this are common as rats. How about an answer that works as all the common fixes are well known. It is part of the convolution club? Software is usually the problem...
